Two leaders of the Sinaloa Cartel have been arrested. They are Ismael Zambada Garcia (El Mayo) and Joaquin Guzman Lopez (son of the infamous “El Chapo”). Per the DOJ: “Both men are facing multiple charges in the United States for leading the Cartel’s criminal operations, including its deadly fentanyl manufacturing and trafficking networks.” [more]

California Cleanup

California Gov. Gavin Newsom has issued an order to local officials to remove homeless encampments on state land. This action follows a recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling allowing states and cities to enforce bans on sleeping outside in public areas. [more]

OpenAI Takes on Google

Boneless Bones

The Ohio Supreme Court ruled today that “boneless” chicken wings may have bones. This comes after a man filed a lawsuit because he suffered medical issues after eating a “boneless wing” that had a chicken bone inside. The court ruled that the restaurant is not responsible for his injury. [more]

No More Open Seating

Southwest Airlines is ending its open seating policy, breaking away from 50 years of its unique open seating model. It will begin assigning seats and offering premium seating options on all flights. [more]

Pro-life Activist Incarcerated

A 33-year-old mom and pro-life activist has been sentenced to three years and five months in prison in Manhattan for blocking the entrance of an abortion clinic. [more]
